Refund & Exchange Policy

Final Sale Items

All glass pipes are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage during shipping.

Damaged Items

If your glass pipe arrives damaged, you may submit a damage claim under the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date.

  • All damage claims must be emailed to puffandstuffcolumbia@gmail.com

  • You must include clear photos and a video showing the damage and the packaging as received.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours or without proper documentation will not be accepted.

Return Process for Damaged Items

Once your claim is approved:

  • We will issue a return shipping label.

  • The item must be shipped back to our facility within 5 business days of receiving the return label.

  • Items not shipped within this timeframe may result in claim denial.

Inspection & Refunds

  • Returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival.

  • If the damage claim is approved after inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms shipping-related damage.

  • We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of use, mishandling, or insufficient packaging evidence.
